The 38th Golden Disc Awards took place on January 6, gathering some of K-Pop’s top stars for the annual ceremony dedicated to honoring the “outstanding achievements of the K-Pop industry.”
With explosive performances, gorgeous red carpet looks and onstage fashion, and fun idol interactions, the ceremony still has many fans talking about last night’s festivities.
Fourth-generation K-Pop group Stray Kids was among the famous attendees, and the talented group had many captivated by their performance, off-stage interactions, and more.
While fans viewed the many fan cams, performance videos, and acceptance speeches made by Stray Kids, they noticed one specific wardrobe detail.
The members changed outfits three times throughout the event, wearing coordinated clothing on the red carpet, during their performances, and in the audience.

At one point, leader Bang Chan wore a collared shirt tucked into distressed pants, but netizens spotted a notable change later in the show.
When Stray Kids was on stage, fans noticed that Bang Chan’s shirt– which was neatly tucked in before– was roughly cut into a cropped top that had netizens hilariously thanking the stylists for the change.

Many assumed it was cut backstage before the performance, citing Bang Chan’s preference not to have shirts tucked because it can limit his movement.
Others jokingly imagined the scene that took place backstage that led to the last-minute wardrobe update.
