Luxury residential apartments, Hannam The Hill, has been registered as the most expensive apartment in South Korea for the 7th year in a row.
Unsurprising, as the complex features a gym, a swimming pool, tennis courts, a central park, a golf course and trekking path…
… not to mention a market, a restaurant and many other luxury facilities.
Currently the market price for the apartment costs around 7.75 billion won to 8 billion won ($7 million USD to 7.5 million USD) for 243.642㎡. Hannam The Hill is located in prime district, Seongsu-dong. The area used to be filled with factories but is quickly becoming gentrified. SM Entertainment has plans to move their company to the area in the coming years.
Celebrities that stay in the apartment include famous actors Han Hyo Joo, So Ji Sub and Lee Seung Chul. Singers who stay here include Girls’ Generation‘s Sunny, BTS and EXO.
